If your story is approved and published, your name, location, story text, transformation type, and social handle may be publicly displayed on our website, blog, and social media channels. Your email address is never publicly displayed and is used only for internal follow-up. You may request removal of your published story at any time by emailing brian@metroflexgym.com.

SMS/Text Messaging

If you provide your phone number and opt in to receive text messages from MetroFlex Gym:

• We will send you occasional SMS messages related to your inquiry, licensing process updates, membership information, event notifications, and general customer service
• Message frequency varies but does not exceed 5 messages per month
