Every piece of MetroFlex apparel is printed in-house in Texas by MetroFlex Apparel. Nothing sits in a warehouse. Your order is made when you place it, packed by the same hands that printed it, and shipped from Texas. That takes a little longer than a drop-shipped tee. It is worth it.
Standard shipping is a flat $5.99. Orders take 3 to 5 business days to produce before they ship, and 3 to 7 business days in transit with USPS or UPS after that.
We ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.
All product images on this site are digital mockups provided for illustration only. Items are embroidered and printed to order, in-house. The size, placement, density, and color of embroidery and print may vary from the mockup shown, and colors may appear differently on screen than on the finished product. These natural variations are inherent to made-to-order apparel and are not considered defects. By placing an order you acknowledge that the physical product may differ in these respects from the on-screen mockup. For genuinely defective or misprinted items, see the Damaged or Defective Items section below.
All sales are final. Because every order is printed to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing, preference, or change of mind. Check the size guide on the product page before you buy. If you are between sizes, size up.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we make it right. Report it within 48 hours of delivery by emailing noel@metroflexgym.com with photos of the item, and we will send a replacement.
